Our Promise to Our Donors |
Hope and Help International Promises not to use funds given for ministry to cover the Administration or the Overhead of this ministry. 100% of all contributions designated for use overseas are used overseas. The operating expenses for this ministry are raised independently. In addition, the staff of Hope and Help is raising all of their personal support and ministry expenses in an effort to keep operating expenses low. Administration is important and needful. Our ministry overseas can be only as effective as the systems that we have in place in the home office. People who understand this have become part of a special group we call Friends of HHI. These friends have agreed to pray for, promote, and provide at least $25 a month to be used to help cover the cost of rent and utilities, phone and internet, printing, postage, development and promotional materials.

Our Biblical Values:
As an organization, we are committed to send 100% of all designated funds for the ministry to the field. We withhold nothing for administration and overhead. HHI has chosen to trust God to send us additional partners who understand the importance of the ministry of administration and to give for this purpose. In addition, our staff members are raising their personal support.
As believers, we are committed to biblical truth and are totally dependent upon God.
As evangelicals, we are mission-focused, church-centered and concerned about the needs of others.
As a ministry, we are committed to developing relationships through partnerships and teamwork. People are primary – Jesus died for them. They are more important than projects, progress and possessions.
As Christ’s servants, we are committed to excellence. “Excellence is the stuff of which greatness is made. It is the difference between just getting by or soaring – that which sets apart the significant from the superficial, the lasting from the temporary.” (Charles R. Swindoll) Matthew 25:21 states: “His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”
As stewards, we are committed to the practice of management rather than ownership. We seek to be open and honest in our dealings with the public, the government and our donors. The trust and confidence of our partners is vital.
